Make Sure Your Dog Boarding Walks Your Dog

A Dog operator walking A Dog

You’re on vacation, so relax! Leave all your concerns at home, especially those for your beloved dog. Make sure your dog is well looked after, so select a dog boarding facility in Oklahoma to keep your pet as healthy and happy as possible.

Recruiting a pet sitter does not guarantee that your dog gets a regular walk. A pet sitter may use a fenced yard to exercise your dog, which may not be enough to run and play. The same can also apply to dogs boarded in an animal hospital.

Animal hospitals are usually overburdened and cannot take every dog for a walk every day. The best choice is to provide doggy daycare at a dog boarding center in Oklahoma as part of a boarding package. You can choose what’s best for your pet. It will also allow you to enjoy your holiday, as you know that your dogs are having a great time too.

Dogs Walking On Road

You might want to ask yourself if regular walks away from home are important to your dog. In addition, veterinarians and other animal health experts agree. Dogs require daily exercise, which is even more important as they grow older.

As instinctive as dogs are, they like to explore new fragrances. It is contrary to their nature not to give them access to new environments and smells. In Oklahoma, the Puppy Paws Hotel and Spa is one dog boarding center that pays close attention to your dog’s needs. Our long experience with dogs has taught us to walk every day. For this reason, we offer all our dogs natural walks up to four times a day. Our well-trained handlers make dogs safe and happy when walking outside. When they come back, they eat and sleep better than if they didn’t get that much needed exercise. Do you want more information about us? Contact us at Puppy Paws Hotel and Spa before your next trip!

A Doggie’s New Year Resolutions for 2019

New Year Resolution

Happy new year! It’s February, but as they say, it’s better late than never. Yes, like our humans, we dogs make New Year resolutions. Here’s what I’m planning to do in 2019!

Adhere to My Resolution

Yes, we have a little trouble following our resolutions, just like humans. However, I will add that in this area, our people can help us just like the caregivers in Puppy Paws Hotel and Spa, my favorite dog daycare in Edmond, OK.

Weight Loss

When it comes to weight loss, we dogs depend on our people to help us with it. If you also think your dog needs to lose some weight in 2019, you can help him by giving a little less food and reducing treats.

Work out

More exercise will help me keep a healthy weight and yes, this needs my humans to take me on a walk every day. It is also good for my humans. After all, they also have the same resolution!

Make More Friends

In Puppy Paws Hotel and Spa, where I like to stay for the day, I have lots of friends. I never feel bored when I make new friends. It makes me happier when new friends join the pack in my dog daycare in Edmond, OK. I like to welcome them and play with my ropes. My humans who are reading this can help me stick to my 4th resolution by letting their dogs come to daycare too!

Fetch More Balls

I love playing with my humans! ‘Fetching the ball’ is my favorite game. If you bring me more balls, I will be able to stay healthy while having fun!

Naps

My humans love to sleep and so do I. Moreover, both of us have hectic schedules every day, and thus, we deserve more naps.

Hike

I love to accompany my human in traveling and hiking. At my daycare, we get to play in a big yard outside. Therefore, my last 7th resolution is to hike more.
